KSAS SOCIETY OF FELLOWS IN THE HUMANITIES
The Krieger School of Arts and Sciences at Johns Hopkins University proudly announces the establishment of a Society of Fellows in the Humanities, to begin July 1, 2022. The Society will provide a new and distinctive form of intellectual community, assembling a select group of Johns Hopkins PhDs and MFAs to pursue a range of meaningful careers available to scholars in the Humanities and Humanistic Social Sciences. In a fellowship year that combines research with hands-on experience, Fellows will build on their doctoral training even as they explore new applications for their academic expertise. They will have an opportunity to expand their areas of interest and expertise, increase their hiring potential, and raise the profile of Humanities both within Johns Hopkins University and outside its walls, in the broader society.
Successful applicants will be awarded a 12-month postdoctoral fellowship, renewable for one-year, with a salary of $55,000, health insurance and a $1500 research budget. They will have a mentor for the year and benefit from special programming for all Fellows.
APPLICATIONS
